FAQs

I’m Here for You

What do I need to wear during the massage?

Clients are encouraged to undress to comfort level. Proper draping will be implemented throughout to ensure client privacy and comfort.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

I help with any illness that has been cleared by a doctor and is not contagious.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Please ensure a space that is 10 feet by 6 feet in order to make room for movement around the massage table. Set the thermostat to a temperature comfortable for you and do what you can to create a relaxing space for yourself! Many clients choose to shower and robe up before I arrive. Before the treatment starts I will do a postural assessment, discuss treatment goals, and answer any questions you may have. I will then step out of the room, allowing you to get onto the table and time for me to wash my hands and prepare music for the massage.

What should I expect from my first session?

During a first session there is a longer time spent before the massage discussing client expectations, ailments, and preferences. Once the massage begins I will check to make sure the pressure is meeting your preferences. After the treatment I will recommend a treatment plan and book you for your next session!
