Each massage includes complementary aromatherapy, and heating elements such as hot stones and towels for deeper relaxation. Integrated massage combines deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, mobility therapy, Swedish massage, polarity therapy, shiatsu therapy, and a postural assessment to create a specialized massage for each and every massage session. Deep root causes are addressed, with an aim to release muscle tension embedded in the muscles caused by emotional pain, stress and recovery from minor physical injuries and surgery.
